1. Download, unzip and open Adobe Flash Player 11 (click the 'Windows Executable' option) https://archive.org/details/flashplayer-11

2. Download the game file below

3. Right click it and click "Open With". Select the Adobe Flash Player application you downloaded in step 1 (which will be in your downloads folder by default)
